How we handle your information
This notice covers the information you send through the Contact form and the Creator Interest Application on this website.
Who operates this website
This website is operated by Trendins Co, an initiative of Alterno Agency.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, whether you are a brand, creator or other, and your message. Company and phone are optional.
- Creator Interest Application: full name, email, phone (required), city/country, content category, approximate followers, the collaborations you are interested in, past brand work and a description of your content. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links are optional.
- Tina, our virtual assistant: when you chat or talk with Tina, the conversation (text, and voice if you use the microphone) is processed by our voice assistant provider and a transcript and summary are saved. If you book a meeting, we save your name, email, the time and topic, and send you a calendar invitation.
- Spam protection: a one-way coded version of your network address and a small usage cookie, used only to limit repeated submissions and conversations.
How we use it
Only to review and respond to your inquiry, application or conversation. We do not sell your information. Submitting an application does not create a public creator profile, membership in Trendins Collective or a guarantee of acceptance.
Who can see it
Only authorized Trendins Co and Alterno Agency team members. Submissions are never shown on the public website. They are stored and processed for us by our website hosting and database provider, with a private backup copy in our team's Google workspace.
How long we keep it
You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact details below.
Your requests
To access, correct or delete the information you sent, email trendinscollective@gmail.com from the address you used. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
